The Origin

Twenty-one years ago, we didn't set out to run a roofing company. We set out to fix what wasn't being fixed right. Before starting CCC Roofing and Construction, I worked as an insurance adjuster. I saw firsthand how claims unfolded, where the gaps appeared, and what homeowners actually needed when damage happened. Over thirty years in construction, I learned the trades themselves. But working on the adjustment side showed me something crucial: most contractors didn't understand what an adjuster looked for, and most adjusters didn't understand what a contractor could actually deliver. That disconnect cost families money and time.

So we built CCC to bridge that gap. We started with roofing and insurance restoration because that's where we saw the clearest need. A homeowner shouldn't have to negotiate between their adjuster and their contractor. We speak both languages. We understand what the insurance process demands, what the damage actually requires, and how to deliver it without making homeowners feel caught in the middle.

What We've Learned

Thirty years in construction and twenty-one years running CCC has taught us that real work lives in details. We're locally owned and operated because we wanted to stay connected to Edmond, to the families we work for, and to the standard we set every morning. That matters. We expanded from roofing into windows, siding, full general contracting, interiors, and painting because homeowners kept asking. After one project, the next damaged wall became obvious. After we finished the roof, the siding couldn't wait. We grew because our clients needed it, not because we chased revenue.
